Myanmar Competition Commission

The MmCC, established on 31 October 2018, has been tasked with implementing and enforcing Myanmar’s new Competition Law (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No.9, 2015).


To become a competition agency that is respected at home and abroad and is engaged with, and informed by, the global competition law community. It aims to engage with all interested parties openly and transparently and to act fairly and with integrity in the exercise of all its powers and duties.
